Booking and cancellation policy

Reservations and room inventory

Each reservation is for one individual retreat spot unless a private-room package explicitly offers paid additional guests. Shared rooms are sold one spot at a time by room name. Friends who want to share must each reserve an available spot in the same named room.

A private room remains private to the primary guest. Additional guests are permitted only when the package lists a guest fee and maximum guest count, and every added guest must be paid for during booking.

Full payment, deposits, and plans

Guests may pay in full. When offered, a 50% deposit holds the booking and the remaining balance is automatically charged by the final due date. Monthly payment plans are available only when booking more than 90 days before the retreat.

The system calculates eligible monthly installments automatically after the 50% initial payment. All remaining balances are due 30 days before the retreat. Payment-plan amounts are nonrefundable.

Refund window

For refundable payment options, a cancellation is eligible only until the earlier of two dates: 30 calendar days after booking or 60 calendar days before the retreat starts. No refunds are available within 60 days of the retreat.

Refunds may be issued only by the account Owner. Approved refunds cancel the booking and release the room or individual spot.

Failed automatic payments

Automatic balances and installments use the card saved through Stripe. If a charge fails, the guest has five calendar days to update the payment method and resolve the balance. If it remains unpaid at the end of that grace period, the booking is canceled and prior nonrefundable payments are forfeited.

Guest eligibility and profiles

Retreats are currently for adults age 21 and older. Each primary or additional guest must use their own verified email address, complete their own traveler profile, and accept applicable communication and retreat terms.
