Terms for using the Once Upon a Weekend website and guest portal.
Using the website
You may use this website to browse retreats, submit accurate traveler information, reserve eligible packages, manage your booking, and communicate with the retreat team. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to access another guest’s records, misuse availability holds, or use automated means to overload booking inventory.
Retreat descriptions
Each retreat page controls the destination, dates, accommodation choices, included experiences, exclusions, pricing, capacity, and eligibility for that event. Draft and preview content is not an offer for sale. Final details will be shown when the retreat is published and booking opens.
Accounts and verification
Guest portal access uses a short-lived code sent to the guest’s email. Guests are responsible for protecting access to that email account and for keeping their profile accurate. Staff access is role-based and administrative actions may be logged.
Bookings and payment
A booking is not confirmed until the required payment succeeds and a confirmation is issued. Inventory may be temporarily held during checkout. Payment, cancellation, refund, and failed-charge rules are governed by the booking policy accepted at checkout.
Changes and communications
Operational details such as schedules, vendors, transportation windows, or activities may change when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated by email. Group SMS or WhatsApp communication requires the guest’s consent and may be left at any time.
Final legal review
This planning-build language establishes the website’s operational behavior but is not a substitute for counsel. Business identity, governing law, liability waivers, force majeure, travel insurance, accessibility commitments, and final contact details must be reviewed and added before public sales open.
